Oceanfront Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Rincon, Puerto Rico
Includes Two Nights in old San Juan

 

This tropical paradise retreat combines charitable giving with an opportunity to focus on your well-being through the practice of yoga, meditation and cultural adventure. 

Yogamour is a non-profit organization that strives to be a part of the change that we wish to see in the world by promoting health and well-being through volunteerism locally and across the globe. By attending this Yogamour retreat, you can contribute to its mission and vision. The profits from the retreats support Yogamour projects. 

This Six Night Retreat includes: 

  • Two nights of accommodations in Old San Juan
  • Group transportation from Old San Juan to the sunset beaches of Rincon
  • 4 night accommodations at Oceanfront Villas in Rincon, Puerto Rico
  • Daily Continental breakfast while in Rincon plus four group-buffet dinners
  • Twice daily yoga sessions and one mindfulness meditation session
  • New friends, fun-filled free time to relax, walk, swim, snorkel, or explore Puerto Rico

Retreat rate does not include:

  • Airfare to/from Puerto Rico (no US passport required)
  • Meals and beverages while in Old San Juan
  • Massage or cost of additional excursions and activities
  • Lunch while in Rincon for four days

Geni Donnelly is a certified Yoga Therapist and registered Prana Flow® Yoga instructor recognized E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Further teaching Certifications include,Yoga for Cancer (Y4C) with Tari Prinster, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for PTSD created by David Emerson, founder of the Trauma Center at Justice Resource Institute in Massachusetts. Geni is also co-founder of Yogamour which is a non-profit organization offering yoga volunteer retreats and fundraising trips locally and across the globe in an effort to promote over-all health and well-being. "My greatest influence and inspiration have been my gifted teachers who include Maria Garra, Shiva Rea, Sean Corn, David Emerson, Max Strom, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, as well as my functioning dysfunctional fun family and my dogs! Teaching the intelligence of Prana Flow®for me, has ignited a passion for movement, creativity, playfulness and mindfulness.

Regina Flanigan, LCPC is a licensed therapist and co-founder of the Center for Mind Body Therapies, which is a complementary healing practice in Frederick, Maryland that offers mental health counseling, acupuncture, naturopathy, massage therapy and mindfulness meditation.  For twenty years, Regina has studied, practiced and applied the teachings and practices of western complementary medicine, psychology and the contemplative practices of eastern wisdom and meditative traditions. Before becoming a therapist, Regina was a practicing massage therapist, learning how the body must be included in the healing process.  For the last 10 years, Regina hasdirectly learned from many contemporary teachers in mindfulneness and direct path methods for awakening and freedom.
