What makes an asana sequence feel balanced, spacious, and effective for the bodies in front of you? This 8-hour, in-person training is a practical look into clear, effective asana sequencing, with time built in for practice teaching and real-time feedback. Open to teachers and dedicated students, we’ll focus on designing classes with clarity and intention and building sequences that don’t rely on throwing out every pose you know. We’ll explore both vignette-style flows and peak pose frameworks in a simple, usable way.
Through guided brainstorming, group discussion, and practice teaching, you’ll have space to try things out, observe others, and refine your approach. The day also includes an asana clinic on heart openers to better understand these patterns in both your own body and your teaching. Expect a collaborative, low-pressure environment where you can experiment, simplify, and build confidence.
