One of our great tasks as adults is to undo the conditioning that dulls our expression & to feel more free and allowed to take up space! After our opening ceremony, we'll spend about 90 minutes in free-flowing creative expression painting the paper-lined walls and dancing to activate our sacral chakra, the seat of creativity, sensuality, pleasure, & joy. We'll close the evening with a Vocal Toning Ceremony intended to open the throat chakra, the body’s avenue of expression. We'll share in circle, with full permission to let your voice be free, and stay free.
