In this workshop, our bodies will be gently guided through the flow, beats and rhythms of the music. We will tune in to our core rhythm and learn to use that as a resource and anchor. Much like the ebbs and flows of life, we will bring that awareness to the dance floor and our dance will be come the meditation.

We will dance for the children. We will dance for the parents, the grandparents, the cousins, the grieving, the struggling, the lost, the disheartened. We will dance our tired, shocked, heartbroken, confused, angry, grieving, sad bodies. We will dance for hope and for love and for peace. ***A portion of proceeds for all three events will go to Doctors Without Borders to assist with their efforts in Palestine.***
