“You go on by finding a channel for your love, and another for your RAGE”. ~Cheryl Strayed This dynamic 90-minute vinyasa practice will honor the very human urge to hit it hard and fast. Bonnie Abbott will hold space with an asana sequence designed to recognize the full spectrum of your humanity, from tenderness to sacred rage and back again.
Our goal - to cultivate love as devotion and rage as liberation, both sacred, both necessary. In honor of September’s “Frederick Goes Purple” initiative, proceeds from this event will go to those in recovery from substance abuse.
Let’s wield collective energy into tangible care. Bring your mat, your heart, your anger. All of it belongs here. The music WILL be explicit, vibes will be immaculate. (ages 18+ please)

“You go on by doing the best you can. You go on by being generous. You go on by being true. You go on by offering comfort to others who can't go on. You go on by allowing the unbearable days to pass and allowing the pleasure in other days. You go on by finding a channel for your love and another for your rage.”― Cheryl Strayed
