Everyone has had back pain at some point in their life-but what if yours is chronic? Perhaps you wake up with a stiff back, or maybe your back is tight after long periods of sitting. Other times your back might flare up when under stress.
Join Rebecca Morton for a 6 week yoga series focusing on back pain. Let Rebecca guide you through specific yoga postures and moves that can help give you some relief from this chronic pain. Rebecca will teach you through meditation how to greet this pain with acceptance as opposed to fighting it. Let Rebecca show you how to see this pain as temporary and that you can move past it.
