Danica Warden, Danica, a certified yoga instructor, discovered solace in embracing deep breaths, and mastering the art of letting go. Danica began her yoga practice in 2008. After the first breathing exercise, she realized that she found a sense of peace, calm and self-acceptance that she had never experienced before. It became her mission to share this feeling and experience with as many people as possible. For over fifteen years, Danica has studied yoga, meditation, breath work, Kundalini, and many other wellness practices. Danica leads Yoga and Mindful Classes at Yogamour Healing Arts Center in Frederick, MD. As the founder of Trauma Informed Healing, she is passionate about providing accessible yoga for children, teens, and adults. Bonnie’s teaching is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment, offering trauma-informed yoga that actively affirms LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and individuals in larger bodies. Her personalized approach ensures that every body is welcome, regardless of ability. Evan Breed, boasts a distinguished 16-year career at an executive and celebrity level. Beginning as a principal dancer for Vissi Dance Theater (NYC) for eight years, Evan showcased her talents in Modern, House, Contemporary, and African works across NYC and globally. In 2007, she became a licensed Pilates Instructor, proficient in training students on all Pilates equipment. From 2009 to 2018, Evan served as a Master Trainer of the Tracy Anderson Method, globetrotting to train influential personalities like Naomi Campbell, Gwyneth Paltrow, JLO, and more. Her multifaceted career includes a role in HBO's GIRLS. After a decade in dance fitness, Evan embarked on a transformative journey, earning her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2018, followed by specialized studies in Prenatal Yoga. Toby Schermerhorn, a Certified Barre Instructor and 200-Hour trained Kripalu Yoga Teacher, elevates movement and self-discovery. Melissa Perlman started her yoga journey in 2016 as a way to heal, after she lost her father to Parkinson's disease. As a student and began to notice the impact that her yoga practice had on her personal journey and she wanted to better understand why and how this affected her so deeply. In 2018 Melissa began her yoga studies with Maria Garre and the New Mexico School of Yoga and received her 200 hour RYT in Prana Flow (TM). Melissa loves to discover and offer new approaches to various shapes in yoga practice and loves to offer a journey of being able to discover how the individual students' body can transform in shapes through her inclusive approach to yoga. Melissa is also trained and has certifications in restorative and aerial yoga. An avid traveler, Melissa loves to find adventure and inspiration at every opportunity.
