Stacy Klob began her yoga journey as it unfolded at the age of 24 when, as a military wife in Germany, she grappled with daily backaches, anxiety, and disrupted sleep. Introduced to yoga, she discovered a profound shift in her well-being—her backache eased, sleep improved, and stress became more manageable. Motivated by this transformation, Stacy delved into yoga and fitness, evolving into a certified RYT200 Hour Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and personal trainer. Over two decades, she expanded her expertise to include yin yoga, yoga therapy, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. As she ages, Stacy embraces yoga as a lifelong practice, a sanctuary for honoring her body and prioritizing self-care.
