Sara Elijah, M.Div., M.Ac., is passionate about helping others to have a better quality of life, one with less pain and with more joy, ease, peace, and more love towards self and others. She offers greater health and healing for your whole being- on the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Her work is offered to you from a place within her of love and compassion to help you heal.

Sara has practiced acupuncture since 2001 and has a Master degree in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute, now known as the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is a preferred provider in most major insurance networks. Sara has a Master of Divinity degree in Advanced Spiritual Healing from the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. She also studied at the Institute of Spiritual Healing. She is an ordained minister and teacher intern at the school. She has studied spiritual healing and has given and received healings for the last 22 years. She has experienced many of the same hurts and pains as most people-although we each have our own unique story. She has worked diligently “to clean her own stuff. “She offers a variety of different healing modalities. With spiritual healing, she gets to the core of where an issue formed and brings in higher divine beings and energy from the highest Divine reality for you to have the deepest level of healing possible.

Suzanne Ottinger brings Skincare and Natural Esthetics to Yogamour Yoga & Healing Arts Center. Suzanne started her career in skin care in 1989 working in the cosmetic industry. She worked for various skincare and cosmetic companies including Chanel, Estée Lauder and Dermalogica. Suzanne opened Frederick’s first day spa, PariSpa of Frederick, focused solely on skincare in 1996. Suzanne operated PariSpa until 2006 and then became a sole practitioner at Suzanne Ottinger Esthetics. Suzanne continues to offer advanced skincare services on the studio level at Yogamour.

Suzanne graduated from Von Lee School of Esthetics in 1996 and continued advanced training in Paris with Methode Jeanne Piaubert, New York City with Chanel and Washington DC at International Dermal Institute. Studies included manual lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, reflexology, and advanced skincare techniques to treat rosacea, acne and hyperpigmentation.

Leslie Ann Pickett MCHt is a Master Clinical Hypnotist holding numerous advanced certifications from the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy, and other professional organizations both here and abroad, as well as a Master Level Neurolinguistic Programming practitioner.  She specializes in chronic pain and complex trauma issues, combining unique perspectives from her training in the unconscious processes of the mind and a body-focused approach to overcoming anxieties and stressors of all kinds.  She also offers strategic coaching programs for families coping with the unique challenges of autism spectrum disorders. 

Leslie offers certification in Hypnosis Practitioner Level 1 and 2 training through ICBCH and The Mid-Atlantic Hypnosis Institute.   

Hours are by appointment only and vary by location.  Some evening and weekend hours available.

Dorianne studied at Towson University, Potomac Massage Training Institute, Vedic Conservatory of Thai Massage. She has a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification and is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner under the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage.
