Join us EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING for a welcoming and casual meditation. The first 30 minutes include meditation instruction and inspiration followed by sitting practice. Meditations vary in length from 20 to 25 minutes and are lightly guided and spacious so you can connect to your own present moment experience.
If you like, you can stay for a 15-20 minute optional post-meditation discussion. This mindful sharing deepens wisdom, caring and connection with friends on the path of well-being and freedom.
