In this walk and talk, we will explore wild edible plants, permaculture, and herbalism through the lens of yoga philosophy. Through this exploration we will breakdown some simple and profound techniques that make it easy and fun for anyone to approach foraging, gardening, and herbalism as a foundation for a spiritual path that is both grounded and practical, while still being deeply mystical and meditative. This gathering begins and ends at Yogamour studio, but please wear suitable shoes and clothing for walking around outdoors.
