As the season of Spring invites the spirit of growth and renewal, let's use this day to emerge from winter hibernation feeling refreshed and relaxed. This retreat offers an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and foster personal growth in a supportive community. Carrie will guide you through inspirational activities all of which are optional and could include simple art/craft projects, games, movement, meditations, and other self-care practices. A seasonal vegetarian lunch will be provided along with an assortment of tasty teas to enjoy.
It’s so much more fun to retreat and ritual with other humans so we can remember we’re not alone! Ideal for friends, couples, or solo participants and this retreat is open to all experience levels. Dress comfortably in cozy layers to stay warm during our relaxing, low-intensity yoga sessions. Spaces are limited, so be sure to pre-register to reserve your spot.
