Yoga then Coffee, or Coffee then Yoga?πŸ§˜πŸΎβ˜•

Hello Friends!

If you know Geni Donnelly, you know she wears many hats. That's because she has a passion for collaboration. The very essence of yoga is connection, and at Yogamour, so many meaningful relationships, both personal and professional, have grown over the years. What you might not realize is that our team of yoga and Tai Chi teachers are all independent contractors, which means they’re also running their own businesses. We love supporting them beyond the mat. Carrie offers Self Care Coaching, Beccah runs Lead With Your Heart Coaching, Rebecca Hargreaves brings creativity and vibrance from The Hargreaves Studio, and Eric offers bodywork through Feel Lighter Massage. And of course, don't forget to visit our amazing Wellness Practitioners upstairs at the studio for private Pilates, Hypnotherapy and Massage Therapy.

We also love bringing yoga into the community through pop-up collaborations around town. On Wednesdays, Toby leads a donation-based class at The Common Market. Saturday mornings in the summer, we partner with Sky Stage on Carroll Street for an outdoor yoga experience in their open air studio. Then on Sunday mornings, you can find us at Monocacy Brewing for Yoga then Beer, a class that’s perfect for unwinding and includes your first beer on the house.

Our newest collaboration is with Red Envelope Coffees, a mobile coffee shop that will be at Yogamour this Sunday, July 6, from 7 to 11:30 a.m. Stop by before or after class, or just swing through for a cup of coffee. Salted caramel is the current fan favorite.

We hope to see you soon, on the mat, in the studio, or out in the community with a java in hand.

With love and gratitude,

Jaime and the Yogamour Team
