In this two hour workshop, we will focus on the neck, shoulders, and back. Using massage balls, bolsters, blocks, and other yoga props, we will find ways to loosen and support what aches. The motto is "no pain, no pain" in yoga! Pain is our 'little guru' telling us what we need and how to listen to our body. Join Edith Lazenby on the mat where we feel to heal.
