Experience the deep healing of Restorative Yoga through supported poses and extended holds (15 minutes+ each), designed to activate the body's relaxation response. By yielding to gravity, areas that accumulate stress can soften and release. This practice helps us find stillness – one of the most transformational tools for wellbeing. Restorative yoga cultivates the skill of relaxation and reconnects us with our natural state reducing fatigue, anxiety, and resetting the nervous system.
In this workshop, there will be no stretching or muscle activation. Instead, our goal is to guide you into a state of supported comfort where you can effortlessly dissolve into tranquility. The session includes gentle breathing techniques, a sequence of three restorative yoga poses, each held for 15 minutes, and concludes with a soothing guided meditation.
Your guides on this relaxation journey are Cindy and Kathy, who create a nurturing environment and offer hands-on support to get you snuggled in and ready for deep rest. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All props will be provided for your convenience.

Cindy Burdette, 240 RYT and Kathy Dillman, 500 RYT are trauma-informed yoga instructors certified in Restorative Yoga. Firmly committed to the idea that our body, with support and patience, knows how to heal and restore itself. Their profound passion lies in empowering others with tools for regulating the nervous system, fostering personal agency over one's health.
