Tired of the voice inside that says you have to be perfect all the time? This voice often speaks from a place of love and a desire to protect us. But the truth is that way more abundance & joy flow into our lives when we embrace our imperfect, beautiful, vibrant, authentic (and sometimes messy & weird) selves.
In this workshop, we’ll use guided somatic (body-oriented) practice to help the nervous system relax within the brave space of being yourself! We will play a series of fun, heart-opening Improv games that have you laughing, unwinding, and remembering what it feels like to live in the moment without needing to be perfect.
