Athletes often struggle to slow down and take care of their bodies off the field. In this 90-minute workshop, Dylan from Kika Stretch Studios, will use his background as a former athlete and strength and conditioning coach to go through best practices for mobility and flexibility training. This mobility workshop is geared towards athletes, and can be attended by any person looking to improve their mobility. Participants can expect to experience traditional mobility techniques, visualization meditations, and yoga poses. All props are provided, beginners are welcome.
