A yoga class created for adolescents ages 11 - 15. Yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation in this class are specifically chosen to help reduce anxiety, build self esteem, and curate a healthy, body-positive relationship to physical movement and exercise. Mats and props are provided, please bring a water bottle.
