This cozy candlelit class brings together the best of both worlds! We’ll begin with an accessible vinyasa-style flow, connecting breath to movement to help shake off anxious energy and settle the nervous system. In the second part of class, we slow things down. You’ll be guided through grounding, supported postures, and yoga nidra; a guided meditation technique that often induces a profound state of relaxation, while the mind remains conscious and alert. We close with a long savasana and optional chanting to gently bring you back before heading out into the world a little lighter.
This class is especially comforting as the days get darker and the nights longer. Think of it as a monthly reset; a chance to breathe, release, and come home to yourself. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
