The Snow Moon marks deep winter’s blanket, heaviness, purity, the world hushed under snow. In this month’s ceremony we will work with themes of surrendering to what’s still, embracing rest, and honoring cycles of dormancy and clarity.

We gather in community beneath the full moon’s light to honour the cycle of the moon and our inner rhythms. This monthly event is curated to be warm, welcoming and trauma-informed, inviting participants of all body-types, experiences, and capacities to engage as they feel comfortable. Each ceremony connects with the theme of the specific full moon, its name, its natural or seasonal associations, and invites participants to reflect on how that theme emerges in their lives: what is ready to be released, honoured, awakened, or invited in.

As always, participants are invited to choose what feels right: to move or rest; to speak or remain silent; to journal or simply sit; to witness the silence of the moon or engage in group sharing. The intention is to hold a safe, inclusive, nourishing container for transformation, reflection, community, and embodiment.

Sound healing (singing bowls, chimes, gongs, voice)
Gentle movement (slow flow, functional mobility)
Meditation (guided or silent)
Journalling (prompts)
Intention setting (group or individual)
