The Worm Moon signals the stirring of life beneath thawing earth—a time of renewal, emergence, and remembering that all growth begins in the unseen. As the soil softens, we’re invited to honor our roots, our shared history, and the quiet forces that shape what is ready to come alive. We gather in community beneath the full moon’s light to honor the lunar cycle and our inner rhythms. This 90-minute gathering is warm, welcoming, and accessible, inviting participants of all body types, experiences, and levels of practice to engage in ways that feel supportive and true.

The evening will include grounding breathwork and a guided meditation to turn inward and listen deeply. Participants will be invited to plant a seed or bulb as an act of intention—nurturing what they wish to grow while honoring the land, the cycles of nature, and the people and animals who came before us.
Together, we will build a collective earth altar, using our planted pots and natural elements as a shared offering to the ground beneath us. Participants are welcome to bring small items, written messages, names, or symbols to add to the altar—acknowledging ancestry, memory, and the interconnected web of life that continues through us. We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound healing, featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones to support reflection, integration, and rest.
