Experience a dharma talk exploring yogic philosophy and dive into an asana clinic where we break down foundational postures—exploring anatomy and alignment. One of the lead facilitators, Bonnie Abbott (RYT-500), will guide the session and there will also be time to ask specific questions about trainings at Yogamour. Whether you're considering teaching or simply want to deepen your practice, this is your chance to experience YTT!
