You're invited to a FREE soundbath hosted by Giselle (of GG Empowers). Giselle is an experienced sound meditation, somatic movement, and ecstatic dance facilitator, working to build up her client base in the Frederick area. To coordinate taking promotional material (photos, videos) and building relationships with other staff members, Giselle will host a FREE 60 minute sound bath for all Yogamour staff. (regular, subs, and event staff welcome!) If you are also in need of fresh photos/videos, this will be a great opportunity!
