Ready to target and sculpt the lower body, core , and upper body in one jam packed extended sweaty session? Then this is the workshop for you! This is a highly varied course using HIIT, cardio kickboxing, and resistance banded movements to get total body workout complete with recovery and deep stretching at the end. Great for those interested in a structured workout with a challenge. This workshop is available to ALL experience levels!
