Join Yogamour's beloved teacher Adrian as he leads you through an invigorating 3-hour practice of guided breath work, mindful yoga asana sequence, and Yoga Nidra (guided sleep meditation).

Breathwork, or pranayama, is a practice intended to train the mind for asana and meditation. You can see how the breath influences the body and mind in everyday life. When the breath is shallow or hurried, anxiety or pain is present. When the breath is deep and full, pleasure or joy is present. During the practice, we will evoke a state of bliss through a peaceful breathing practice.

We can carry that state of peaceful awareness into our asana practice. A vinyasa (meaning “to place in a special way”) practice that is built on a foundation of mindfulness is enriching and restoring. Each movement will be carefully placed with awareness to allow for the mind and body to connect deeply.

To close the practice we will rest in Savasana with support to dive into the deep subconscious with Yoga Nidra. This practice, also known as “psychic sleep” places the mind in a safe space between the conscious and subconscious minds. In this space, we can tap into our creative energy and touch our deepest sense of bliss and being.
