Join this 60-minute class for 6 to 12 year olds which will include kid-friendly yoga poses, breathwork to reduce anxiety, and incorporate music and games to practice creativity and teamwork. Every class concludes with a quiet reflection time to practice mindful play, create drawings, or meditate. Participants should bring their own snack and water bottle.
