This two hour long experience will focus on exploring savasana and other resting poses for maximum comfort and ease. If savasana is the hardest part of class, this event is designed with you in mind. Together we will explore variations of common savasana shapes, with and without props, We will learn various ways to help yourself and your students feel safe physically and energetically in this posture of stillness. After lecture and discussion, we will close with a Restorative Yoga practice to allow the lessons to settle into our bones. This event will be beneficial to anyone taking or teaching yoga, and 2 CEUs are available upon completion for those yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance.
