Farewell 2024 and Hello 2025! 🗓️

Hello Friends!

We've made it through the first month of 2025! Looking back, 2024 was a flurry of growth, connection, and community. Yogamour continues to be a space of comfort and support, and we’re grateful for every one of YOU!

Our Pop-Up Yoga Classes bring yoga beyond our studio to unique locations like Evangelical Reformed United Church on Tuesday evenings, the Common Market on Wednesday mornings (donation-based, and Monocacy Brewing for yoga then beer on Sundays.

Yogamour continues to support community efforts by launching SEVA, our boat in Carroll Creek, to support the non-profit organization The Women’s Giving Circle, which provides essential resources for women and children in need. If you haven’t visited yet, be sure to check it out and cast your vote!

Yoga Teacher Training starts in March! This is your chance to dive deeper into yoga philosophy, history, posture, sequencing, and more. Don’t miss our free webinar with Bonnie on February 12 to learn more!

We’re Retreating to Tulum in March! Join us for an incredible beachfront getaway with yoga, adventure, Ayurvedic consultations, and the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Spots are filling fast, so don’t wait!

Winter Warriors, your challenge starts TODAY! Commit to 3 practices a week or 12 times this month to strengthen or renew your yoga practice. Resolutions may fade, but together we rise! Each week will focus on a different theme:
>Connection (Feb 1 - 7)

>Awareness (Feb 8 - 14)

>Balance (Feb 15 - 21)

>Grounding (Feb 22 - 28)

You'll receive email and in-studio support, and while we encourage in-class participation, you can also practice at home. A private Facebook group is available for added connection and motivation.
