Hello Friends,
You may have noticed the studio feeling a little more full lately. It’s less about the New Year rush and more about people leaning into their practice. There’s an Ayurvedic saying, “Like increases like.” The more we practice, the more we want to practice. Our Hot Power and Power Yoga classes tend to fill up, while Yin and Restorative classes offer an essential complement. These practices support fascia health, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation, helping balance strength with recovery and making your Power Yoga practice more sustainable. Setting mats out ahead of time helps ensure everyone has a place when they arrive.
Practicing in a fuller room can bring up reactions. We feel it too. This is where we practice aparigraha, non-attachment, from Patanjali’s Eight Limbs. Practicing together also reminds us that we’re not alone. Sharing space releases oxytocin, the connection hormone, and builds community in a quiet but powerful way.

Lunch Express with Beccah - Mon at noon
Slow Flow with Briyana - Tue & Thur at 7:30am
Yin Yoga with Stacy - Mon & Wed at 10:30am
Midday Flow with Amy - Wed at Noon
Restorative Yoga with Briyana - Mon & Sun at 7:30pm
Gentle Yoga with Jaime - Sat at 10am
