Join Dorianne and Cheryl for this 90-minute speciality workshop that will help you relax and find inner peace. Tibetan and crystal quartz singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments will be used to create soothing sounds that will help calm your mind and body. Additionally, Cheryl will incorporate Thai yoga massage techniques to further enhance relaxation by working on your body's energy lines through compression, acupressure, and gentle stretching. By the end of this workshop, you'll feel more grounded, balanced, and in harmony with your mind and body.
