$75 for the Series, or $15 Drop-In
This 5 week (or a la carte, single sessions) of 60-minute classes will include kid-friendly yoga poses, breathwork to reduce anxiety, and incorporate music and games to practice creativity and teamwork. Every class concludes with a quiet reflection time to practice mindful play, create drawings, or meditate. Participants should bring their own snack and water bottle.
*MINIMUM OF 4 STUDENTS REGISTERED FOR SERIES TO RUN.
