This workshop is hosted by Megan Powell, who has been teaching yoga over the last ten years. Megan loves to help her students integrate more complex postures into their own practice. Her students also benefit from her additional training in Yoga and Mindfulness for Mental Health ( Univ. of Berkley) as well as her Core Energetics (NY) and Pathwork Certifications (VA).
