Join us March 23 through 29, 2026 for a rejuvenating Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat at the breathtaking Wilde Resort & Spa in Sedona, Arizona. Each morning, Geni Donnelly will guide an uplifting mindful yoga flow to awaken body and spirit, while evenings close with soothing restorative practices. Daily talks and meditative practices will be offered by Regina Flanigan, inviting a deeper exploration of mindfulness, kindness and insight.

All attendees will stay at The Wilde Resort & Spa, nestled within Sedona’s stunning Red Rock landscape. Each room blends boutique charm with wellness focused comfort, offering plush bedding, cozy fireplaces and private patios or balconies designed for quiet moments of serenity.

Yogamour will also host a private group wine tasting at Alcantara Vineyards, a beautiful riverside estate in the Verde Valley.

More About Your Sedona Experience

  • Most guests will want to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which is the nearest major airport with frequent flights from the East Coast and across the U.S. From Phoenix, Sedona is approximately a 2 hour drive by shuttle or rental car.

    A smaller option is Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), about 45 minutes from Sedona, with limited regional flights. This can be a good choice if you find convenient connections.

  • Sedona enjoys beautiful spring weather during this time of year, with daytime highs in the mid to upper 60s °F (18–20 °C) and cooler evenings dipping into the upper 30s to low 40s °F (4–8 °C). Expect plenty of sunshine, light breezes, and mostly clear skies, perfect for hiking, yoga, and outdoor exploration. ALL POOLS AND TUBS AT THE WILDE ARE HEATED!

  • The weather will be sunny and lovely! Our suggestions for packing include -

    • Comfortable, breathable attire for yoga and meditation classes

    • Yogamour will provide mats and other props, but feel free to bring your own

    • Layers for variable desert temperatures such as light shirts for daytime and warm layers for mornings and evenings

    • Hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers for trails and excursions

    • A light jacket or fleece for cool evenings

    • Sun protection including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen

    • Refillable water bottle and small daypack for outdoor adventures

    • Swimsuit for the heated pool or hydro soak tubs
