MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Danica, a certified yoga instructor, discovered solace in embracing deep breaths, and mastering the art of letting go. Danica began her yoga practice in 2008. After the first breathing exercise, she realized that she found a sense of peace, calm and self-acceptance that she had never experienced before. It became her mission to share this feeling and experience with as many people as possible. For over fifteen years, Danica has studied yoga, meditation, breath work, Kundalini, and many other wellness practices. While continuing to follow her passion, she founded, and is the Executive Director of Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. a local non-profit organization.
