Join Danica Warden and the youth of Each 1 Teach 1, Inc, a local nonprofit, teaching social and emotional literacy through yoga, mediation, and mindful practices.

In this 90 minute class, the youth will learn to tap into their senses in order to learn to identify, name, and express their emotions in a safe and encouraging environment. Ages 6-10 are welcome.
