Join Gigi Parisi for a weekend training curating the art of class theming and sequencing. This weekend training invites you to explore your unique teaching style as you lean into structuring class themes and sequences. This training covers playful and inclusive transitions, class/time management, modifications, nourishing meditations, exploration of sequenced movements, guiding blissful savasana, and more, while encouraging you to follow your own intuitive guidance as a teacher. Students will leave this weekend having multiple practice teaching opportunities with created sequences to expand on as you step into the role of a yoga teacher.

This training is valuable to all yogis, part of Yogamour's 2024 Yoga Teacher Training program, and 20 CEU’S are available through Yoga Alliance.
