Mindfulness is so much more than meditation, it’s a way of relating to all aspects of our life. Through cultivating calm, compassion and curiosity, we grow our capacity to meet life with more empathy, spaciousness, and heart’s wisdom. Mindfulness has its roots in creating a community of trustworthy friends who can share our joys, insights, sorrows, and challenges.
Workshop Format includes: A monthly topic, gentle yoga movement, walking and sitting meditation, and group exercises.
