In this 90-minute workshop, kids will be introduced into the amazing world of aerial yoga! This workshop is tailored just for beginners and those needing extra 1:1 attention. Your child will discover how they can build strength, flexibility, and creativity while having a blast in soft fabric hammocks! DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS, AGES 7-16.

Safety is our top priority. Each silk hammock is equipped with a floor mat underneath for added protection. Our focus is on fun and exploration, rather than competition. Your child will feel supported and encouraged to try new things in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Every class wraps up with a bit of calming mindfulness to leave kids feeling more centered and refreshed.
