Join Sally as she leads you through a soul-nourishing 90-minute practice of restoration and relaxation! Unlike traditional aerial yoga where the hammocks are at hip height, the hammocks in a restorative aerial class are suspended close to the floor. Cushioned by yoga mats, yogis will use the floor for extra support as they enjoy deliciously long held stretches to create space, decompress, align, relax, and renew. Additional props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters will also support the practice. No prior yoga experience is required.
