Insight meditation cultivates mindfulness, curiosity, wise effort, joy, tranquility, unity of mind and body, and non-reactivity or equanimity. When practiced with attitudes of non judgment, dedication and kindness, this path can lead to greater well-being, open heartedness, and freedom.
The format will be:
option of mindful/yoga movements to open the body
lightly guided meditation
brief talk with a theme
group sharing to encourage understanding, healing and community
