We welcome you to challenge yourself for 21 days of yoga as we transition from summer to fall!

What is included:

  • 21 Days of Zoom Yoga Classes and Dharma Talk 8-8:30am EST each day

  • Digital Manual full of Journals Prompts and Philosophical Support based on The 8 Limb Path of Yoga and Ayruveda which is the sister science to Yoga

  • Supportive Recipes

This challenge includes philosophy, movement, intention, and nutrition. Through the challenge, you will be guided through a daily 25‐minute yoga flow based on some of the philosophies of yoga. After practice, there will be a short meditation and a Dharma talk centered on these philosophical teachings. To further explore the topics, optional journal prompts, and an space to complete for entries will be offered.

We will meet at 8am EST via zoom each morning but all classes will be recorded and sent out by noon EST that day. The recordings will be good for 30 days.

Each day there will be additional recipes offered. These recipes are designed to challenge the senses through grounding and restorative whole foods. Recipes and classes have been organized by Nutritionist, Tina Brockett and Certified yoga instructor, Beccah Bartlett. You may find that there will be foods, dishes, or spices that you've never tried, or combinations that take you outside of your comfort zone. This is intentional. When we are challenged, we expand ourselves. Although the daily practices and prompts inspire the recipes, they can be mixed and matched as you desire. Please note at least one recipe calls for an egg as part of the dish, but this can be substituted for scrambled tofu instead, or omitted entirely.

Optional Add-On: $99

You have the option of also joining the Kitchari Cleanse during the first 10 days of the challenge. We will meet via zoom to cook our first batch, and all ingredients will be provided for you. *If you live outside of Frederick County there may be an additional shipping charge.*

Why a Kitchari Cleanse?

Kitchari cleanses are common in Ayurvedic medicine and wellness practices. The food you eat during a kitchari cleanse is hearty enough to give your body the energy it needs to realign your doshas, or your body’s three many sources of energy. The rest of the energy, Ayurvedic practitioners say, is spent on eliminating toxins that build up in your body. We will have an option to make this vegan by using avocado oil, or traditional with Gee. You will be given enough supplies for all 10 days.
