We will experience a gentle style yoga practice, focusing on the subtleties of movement as we move through the flow together. As Spring unfolds into Summer, our bodies offer us a great opportunity for self-reflection, rebirth, quiet contemplation, and self-care. Class will incorporate these themes as well as offer up practical tips for taking this mindful approach to life 'off the mat'. Mats, props, tea, and vegan cookies will be provided. No previous yoga experience or special clothing needed.
