Opening the ceremony each will receive an affirmation card to sit with during the workshop. We will drop into our hearts and bodies through a short meditation and proceed with the gathering & creating. For the pregnant mama in mind, we will be creating our own belly oils to nourish the skin as well as to help relieve any itchy or stretching sensations! Alongside creating our nourishing belly oils we will have time to infuse our oils with the energy of reiki and complete our evening with a closing meditation & reiki healing.
