Join us for a candlelit evening of relaxation and healing! This will be an alchemical experience of yoga, acupuncture, and sound healing. Stephanie Lynne and Isabelle Davidowitz L.Ac. will provide a magical and blissful experience of yoga & acupuncture enhanced with crystals, essential oils (optional), and the vibration of the gongs & singing bowls.
Stephanie will lead an all levels accessible kundalini yoga practice to move and elevate the energy from the lower chakras to the upper chakras. After our yoga practice, we will have a short break for light refreshment of organic fruit, veggies, hummus, and a little chocolate. Isabelle will offer an Esoteric Acupuncture treatment that will include placing essential oils and crystals on your body. While you rest with the needles in place, a sound healing of gongs and singing bowls will guide you to relax and let go of all the stress and worries that life brings us. This experience may assist in your healing path - balancing your chakras, aligning your Body, Mind, and Spirit.
