Did you know that a regular meditation practice can lower your blood pressure, help you sleep better, improve concentration and help with stress? And what is meditation you ask? Meditation is a simple technique for stilling the mind. I know. I know! It doesn't seem simple at first. It takes practice, but trust me, the practice is worth it! As the days grow shorter and we feel the sense to ground down, this is the perfect time to cultivate your meditation practice. Mark your calendar and consider yourself personally invited! Every Wednesday at 7:30am, join us at Yogamour for Morning Meditation. All are welcome, and no experience is needed. You can bring your own cushion or use any of our propsβ¦we have plenty of blankets, blocks, and bolsters. After practice, feel free to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and connect with others.

Follow an energizing 6am Hot Power Yoga Flow with a calming Morning Meditation for a complete mind-body experience, OR simply come for Morning Meditation at 7:30am, and conveniently pick up your weekly CSA (if you have signed up for this season) from Moon Valley Farms (Community Supported Agriculture available through the end of this month, resuming in May 2025).
